Stria 5 unveiled at the Henley Traditional Boat Festival
We were excited to successfully unveil our latest creation, the Stria 5, at the Henley Traditional Boat Festival. This elegant day launch represents BlueTree’s drive towards being a sustainable boatbuilding business. The Stria 5 features a cold-moulded hull construction using Vendia ply with the fit-out predominantly utilising Oak. Powered by an electric pod drive propulsion system, the Stria 5 offers a smooth, quiet, and environmentally responsible cruising experience.
The Henley Traditional Boat Festival was the perfect backdrop for the Stria 5, drawing a crowd of boat enthusiasts and industry people alike. Throughout the festival, we connected with incredible people from around the world, building relationships and discussing the future of boatbuilding. The Stria 5 was met with admiration for its blend of classic and innovative design and construction methods, solidifying BlueTree’s reputation as a pioneer in eco-conscious craftsmanship.
As we reflect on the success of the festival, we remain committed to the future of sustainable boatbuilding. With the Stria 5 as a prime example, we believe that the marriage of tradition and innovation is key to protecting our waterways while delivering luxurious, high-performance boats. We’re excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in boatbuilding, driven by the belief that sustainable solutions are the future of the industry.
